Fatema Al Naqbi is an accomplished Emirati business leader with more than a decade of experience in business management, executive operations and senior leadership support. Her career spans prominent organisations across the investment, healthcare, aviation, insurance and banking sectors, giving her a strong understanding of complex operating environments and diverse stakeholder needs.
As the Founder and Managing Director of First Care Technical Services LLC, Fatema has first-hand experience establishing, owning and managing a UAE-based business. She previously supported senior leadership at ADQ, coordinating strategic priorities, board-level commitments, stakeholder relationships and critical operational activities. Her professional background also includes experience with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, NEXtCARE–Allianz, Emirates Airlines and Mashreq Bank, as well as roles in human resources and administration.
Through Malak Business Management, Fatema brings together corporate discipline, entrepreneurial insight and practical operational expertise to help organisations build strong foundations, improve efficiency and manage their business activities with confidence. Recognised for her discretion, sound judgement and meticulous execution, she is committed to delivering dependable solutions and lasting value for every client.

Janaina Oliveira is an accomplished international business and commercial operations professional with more than 27 years of experience spanning procurement, sales management, supply chain and international trade.
As the former CEO and owner of SIMPEX, an international import-export company, Janaina gained extensive leadership experience across global sourcing, sales strategy, supplier and client relations, commercial contracting, budgeting and market expansion. Her expertise includes complex commercial negotiations, contract management, cross-border operations, foreign exchange and the practical demands of conducting business across international markets.
At Malak Business Management, Janaina applies her commercial expertise and entrepreneurial perspective to support clients pursuing international growth and operational excellence. Her deep understanding of Brazil and Latin America strengthens Malak's ability to navigate regional markets, build trusted commercial relationships and deliver effective cross-border business solutions.
